Hola September !

Hello-September-Month-Images
Si sabes que ya llevo un rato mirándote
Tengo que bailar contigo hoy
(¡D.Y.!)
Vi que tu mirada ya estaba llamándome
Muéstrame el camino que yo voy, oh

Tú, tú eres el imán y yo soy el metal
Me voy acercando y voy armando el plan
Sólo con pensarlo se acelera el pulso

(Oh, yeah)
Ya, ya me está gustando más de lo normal
Todos mis sentidos van pidiendo más
Esto hay que tomarlo sin ningún apuro

Des-pa-cito
Quiero respirar tu cuello despacito
Deja que te diga cosas al oído
Para que te acuerdes si no estás conmigo
Des-pa-cito
Quiero desnudarte a besos despacito

Quiero, quiero, quiero ver cuánto amor a ti te cabe
Yo no tengo prisa, yo me quiero dar el viaje
Empecemos lento, después salvaje

Pasito a pasito, suave suavecito
Nos vamos pegando, poquito a poquito
Cuando tú me besas con esa destreza
Veo que eres malicia con delicadeza

Pasito a pasito, suave suavecito
Nos vamos pegando, poquito a poquito
Y es que esa belleza es un rompecabezas
Pero pa’ montarlo aquí tengo la pieza
¡Oye!

Des-pa-cito
Quiero respirar tu cuello despacito
Deja que te diga cosas al oído
Para que te acuerdes si no estás conmigo
Des-pa-cito
Quiero desnudarte a besos despacito

¡Bailalo!

Pasito a pasito, suave suavecito
Nos vamos pegando, poquito a poquito
Que le enseñes a mi boca
Tus lugares favoritos

PM : Delivering promises to people special National Day gift

KUALA LUMPUR: Nothing is more special as a National Day gift to the people than a government capable of delivering its promises to them from time to time, said Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

The Prime Minister said his administration did not wish to waste time staving off allegations but would rather remain committed and determined to focus on efforts to spur intensive economic growth for the sake of the people.

“The story of Malaysia’s independence continues to be infused with all kinds of success and achievement respected by friend and foe,” he said in his National Day 2017 message.

Malaysia, he said, was now widely referred to as a progressive nation developing fast based on a clear stand in such things as rejection of extremist ideologies, especially in combating the Islamic State threat.

“(The King of Saudi Arabia) King Salman Abdulaziz Al-Saud agreed to select Malaysia to locate the King Salman Centre for International Peace,” he said.

Najib also recalled some of the country’s latest achievements, one of which he said was registering an impressive Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth of 5.8 per cent for the second quarter of this year, one of the highest in the world.

He said Forbes magazine placed Malaysia at the forefront of all Asian countries for foreign investments while international rating agency Fitch Ratings also maintained Malaysia’s credit rating at A- with a stable outlook.

Referring to the position of Bank Negara’s international reserves, Najib said it had now increased to RM431bil, an ever-strengthening volume.

“How is it possible that some quarters are accusing Malaysia of being a failed state when, in the 90s, when the reserves were much lower, there was no talk of the country having failed?” he asked in an apparent reference to opposition allegations.

Najib said his administration believed in service to the people which, he added, must go beyond politics and be in the people’s interests.

Najib said that over the past eight years, his administration had never lagged but remained committed to implementing various policies and initiatives to prosper the nation and people.

He said the government, in keeping with the philosophy of ‘1Malaysia: People First, Performance Now’, would continue to give priority to infrastructure projects such as the Mass Rapid Transit, a world-class facility that has a major impact on about 500,000 commuters daily.

The MRT project can help reduce the cost of living by providing a convenient and cheaper system of transportation while reducing traffic congestion, easing stress in the people, helping the environment by reducing carbon emissions and intensifying economic activities along the corridor.

Likewise, too, the proposed East Coast Rail Link, the Pan-Borneo Highway and the High Speed Rail, he said.

Najib also said that initiatives and aid for the needy would continue to be provided and intensified. These include the 1Malaysia People’s Aid (BR1M), 1Malaysia Housing Programme for Civil Servants, 1Malaysia People’s Housing Projects, 1Malaysia Clinics, 1Malaysia Student Discount Card and aid for farmers, smallholders, fishermen and Felda settlers.

Najib said Malaysia was not exempted from the global economic turmoil over the past few years, but strategic and prudent planning and efficient and systematic administration had kept the country’s economy resilient.

He said the National Day celebration was getting more meaningful by the year.

“In other words, each time as the celebration draws near, we are driven forward by a momentum as a resilient nation.

“The blessing of independence is in tandem with this year’s theme of ‘Negaraku: Sehati Sejiwa’ (My Country: One Heart, One Soul), and should flow in abundance from the peninsula to Sabah and Sarawak.

“Let’s together be grateful for the blessing of independence, remain united and work together, shape our goals and plan our direction to achieve the dream of ‘1Malaysia Negaraku’ (1Malaysia My Country).

JOB FAIR UNEXPECTED! – Part 2

Furthermore, the second attempt to go the booth, which the company that I want to apply. This time, the impact is more challenging with the crowd and people keep coming. Peoples come from the front going to back and we from the back want to go to the front, I’m not moving at all. The movement so not changing like a before. Mackerel, Tuna, Salmon, Carp, Amberjack, Shark and Anchovies are continuing to the sources. 🌄

After a long minute that I, myself cannot have a chance to look at my watch, the movement to the booth not too far but like snail. The feeling like a can of fish, like a snail or a lot of fish with a little water. After, struggling to the booth. I really want to the INFINEON Kulim booth with the company that I want to apply.

Luckily, I arrived and standing behind the people who ready to writing the form list. I wondering if this company was available to hiring my position. I was applying for Production Operator. I can see people, the faces and character every person.

The worst is when she replies to my question.

“Does job for production operator available to apply?” I ask to the officer at the booth.

She was shouting to inform everybody at the booth that.

“Operator, please come to this side, this way. Engineer and technician are this way”, she replied.

ph_jbf17_khtp_6

OMG!!! #crowded #shocked😯 😦 😧 😮 😲

My heart feels like to screaming, my body like to increases bigger like a Hulk and becoming like a Gorilla with hand pounding to the chest. But I can’t because I had a moral, still normal and I am a woman. The way to this booth, you take about 20 minute or 30 minute to arrive. Then, if you want to fill your name at the production operator form-list, you have to turn another way and back to the booth with the super crowd around you. I cannot do it anymore.  The officer lady shouting again remind everyone.

“Everyone, this company just need your resume only, we don’t want your envelope and we tried to cut waste resource.” She says.

Even though, I was trying to get in out my CV in from the envelope. I was thinking on my head. Thinking and thinking, should I get through the crowd again? Even you all ready at the booth that the primary option to apply the job. I saw someone beside me, she Indian girl start to writing on her resume. As I remember she was writing a Technician.

I’m on the wrong way because doesn’t know how this event held or operate in this super crowded. I ask to the officer. ✌🏻

“Can I get the flyer?”, I asking for the flyer or booklet from this company.

She took two pamphlet or flyer or booklet so whatever. It’s two pieces and hand in to me. I said Thank you.  💁🏻

ph_jbf17_khtp_20

I take really hard decision, was breaking my heart to get out from this the scene. The booth that I no longer can do. I still in the crowd to get out this booth. Which this situation that I’m ready to past become difficult cause my handbag behind me. Then, I heard that my handbag being blamed for the situation.

My handbag got stuck in the crowd between the other ladies behind me because I try to get through. When I move, the ladies behind me also in hurry to followed very closely and tightly with everyone trying to passed from booth to booth. I had a long time not using a handbag. I usually go everywhere using a backpack.

But this time, I think I should be being a feminine or look a woman than usual. Imagine it; I wearing a blouse, ladies slack pants, ballerina pump shoes and love love love design square scarf on my head.

😍 No need to imagine it, I put the picture below. What I heard and so sure everybody also hears what they say because we are too close each other and too compact like a Sardine fish in the can or Sardine tin.

ph_jbf17_khtp_16

“Hurmmm, bring a handbag is making trouble to other at this event, beside bring a backpack are easy”. Girl behind condemn me .

When I hear that, I think that I should reply immediately to them with my opinion answer. But, I remind myself not making trouble with people or anyone else.

Then, I thought; I doesn’t know her, she doesn’t know me. Why I should make a just an enemy because they condemn my thing happen between her or me in this event. Troublesome is childish. I leave them and not looking their faces. I trying to get out from this booth area. I’m a little bit say out loud by not quite loud just a word to get through.

“Excuse me!!”, I speak clearly to get through the crowd.

Them seem to give a way to get out. The space when trying to get out is so differently unlike to going in the line to the booth. I’m not looking at the booth anymore, heading to the entrance lobby at the front area.

ph_jbf17_khtp_14

I looking for my younger brother. He not at the lobby entrance and I tried to calls, when he answered he says that he was at Futsal area. I go to the futsal area, but no sign of him, I’m not recognize any shape of him at the place. I only see people enjoy to having the meals in front of them.

ph_jbf17_khtp_2

The food court, where is Milo, Chicken fried and of course food vehicle. I have no taste to buy or eat this time even the food looks tasty.

ph_jbf17_khtp_21

I feeling a little bit frustrated with this event, the place is small and the people too much coming even they were already having a job than unemployed like me, whose desperate to get the jobs.

ph_jbf17_khtp_22

At the lobby entrance, I waiting my younger brother about 15 minute maybe. Then, he appears without noticing me that I watching him come at the entrance. He goes straight to the inside the main event “super crowded”. I had to follow him behind to call him out I ask him to take my picture at the arch and we leaving the event building to the where his park his motorcycle.

At the parking, not the actual parking but people parking in the bush with has a small road to enter. He, my younger brother notice that people leave their key at the motorcycles. The people interest to get into the venue without remember their key that can cause the missing the vehicle. 🏍

My younger brother said that before came to the in the building when he parks his motorcycle, he already helps two motorcycle with key at the vehicle without the owner. My younger brother took the keys and give the RELA officer that surveillance the place.

He tells which vehicle that the keys is leave behind. The motorcycle is quite good and expensive too. It’s so pity to the owner if the motorcycle is get missing by owner fault by leaving the keys. We don’t know if something going on in our life. 🔑

This is the view from KHTP Sport Complex surveillance camera and from the highest place or drone.

This “UNSUNG HEROES” story that never been told. Thank you to my younger brother to his help.

As a Result, 🇲🇾

KARNIVAL KERJAYA KHTP 2017 – JOB FAIR UNEXPECTED!

advert_jbf17_khtp_1

I’m believe you’ve been and had experiences with job fair, is it? But not me and this is my first experience. – azzarazaeynal 😍

On the 5th August 2017, in the Saturday morning. The weather is good and humidity was really good too. After a last night, I really hard-work to finish updating my curriculum vitae or resume and of course with cover letter and hard-copy else well. The feeling of excitements and nervous too really on me, because I’ve never been on job fair or anything else that requires people to hunt every jobs in one day and interview openly. I had to do research about just one thing.

OUTFITS!” 😣

I really having problem about what to wear and don’t have the suitable outfits or occasional dress code to this event. I really don’t have a lot of clothes. I just have a t-shirt, a few Malay’s traditional dress Baju Kurung. The blouse just couple but not a standard code to wear for this event. I do googling a lot searching term of dress code. All of them only show a good dress code and maybe it for the government sector event. The event that I want to attend is private sector, hunting a just operator jobs. Maybe this jobs were people doesn’t care so much. 👗

Malaysian, stated that the jobs as operator is low-class occupation. But, the reality is these sector was good and was the one how that things you buy on the market such you buy a carton of milk. They were someone of dozen operate behind a very carton of milk that call operator. If doesn’t have worker, I think if someone need milk they must go to the cow and start to squeeze the cow udder.

Hahaha!!! 🐄 🍼

This event widely spread all over the internet and mostly on the Facebook. My friends already inform me about this event before widely known by me.  Karnival Kerjaya in English is Job Fair it for hiring some new employee to their company or people to try new environment in the new workplace.

At 08:30 a.m., my younger brother and I arrived at the venue and looking for the parking. The place already full where the along road side the car was neatly parking. Lucky, to us for not drive a car because the line-up people who parking the car almost the another junction and even to nearest manufacturing company almost 1 kilometer.

My younger brother leaving me by the side of the road in front of the KHTP Sport Complex and he start to looking for parking his motorcycle. The people’s volunteer corps or RELA is assigned to secure and patrol on the front and back entrance.

Next, I walking with rainbow design wall beside. Alone! except other people in front of me was a boy and my behind me is couple young ladies. Which I don’t know who are they. When I safely arrive at the entrance lobby, where the “arch” located. ❤️ 💛 💚 💙 💜

ph_jbf17_khtp_10

Indeed, I still waiting my younger brother to come at entrance lobby before entering the main event. Besides, what I do is looking at the board where the location of the company that take participant in this event. Easy to visit and sending my resume or do an open interview. I take a note about the location and waiting my younger brother. Not only that, I looking around to if I found someone who I know and take some picture. About 10 or 15 minute, he arrived and start to asking about the where the place. Then, he goes to the advertisements board and look at the company list. 😵

advert_jbf17_khtp_2

ph_jbf17_khtp_4

ph_jbf17_khtp_5

OMG!!! 😫😑👽

Honestly, we entered the buildings and see the crowd. People already filled the place. I don’t think that I can even get through the crowd. We go to the path for going to the booth. This is the first attempted to get through and I’m standing without moving. The crowd not moving. In the front of me, was two little ladies, they were feeling give-up and was said like to go the factory rather that standing in the crowded place.

At the front of the two little ladies, was my friends when at former workplace and he was in the same vehicles to workplace. He already changes the jobs and currently work at another solar manufacturing also origin from China. I’m trying to poke him, my hand not reached his arm and I use my envelope and poke his arm, he looks at another lady beside him and he though the ladies were poke him.

Haha! #funny 😜

So I take another action and finally he looks around more further and look at me, than I’m smiling at him. He with his brother or his twin, because they two were look very close.

In details, this event so unexpected. We are all like a fish in the tin or can. I don’t know all fish in there. Mackerel, Carp, Anchovies, Tuna, Salmon, Amberjack and Shark. 🐠 🐟 🐡 🐬🐳 🐋

Meanwhile, I just remember that, Black Carp beside me with nice outfits. A long sleeve shirt, ironed pants, matching tie, backpacks and certificate folder. On my right, a ladies look like age twenty-one or something. She was slender, a little bit taller than me. I’m not even tall. I’m short or petite not slender, chubby. She was wearing a Muslimah blouse with a good shawl.

ph_jbf17_khtp_1

What I see is, everyone comes in very fashion outfits. Even some of them just wearing t-shirts, jeans and some wearing a flip-flops. The first thing, I think I could wear a Malay’s traditional outfits Baju Kurung but the long-way to go Kulim city that take 29 kilometer about 40 minute with a car and we riding a motorcycle we take 1 hour to get the destination.  So, I cannot be wearing a Baju Kurung.

Even, my friends that I poke earlier just wearing t-shirt, jeans and flip-flops. This event too much people but the place was small. Too crowded, the booth doesn’t show what kinds the job is available to hiring. The people are continuously go the booth without knowing the company available position for them.

ph_jbf17_khtp_19

In another way, this event also joined by educational sector, promoting people to continue their study such as ADTEC Kulim, KISMEC and etc. It’s was not suitable for people who went find a job. I’m not sure if this sector available to apply job because it was government education sector. If promoting to continues study it was wrong place. This event place for hunting job for the private sector.

Government had an official place and event for government sector. Even, the ADTEC Kulim has a good agenda to joining but with the place and situation is not right at this time.

ph_jbf17_khtp_13

Surprisingly, in this super crowd peoples I also meet my friends from the first manufacturing company. My first manufacturing company was SMARTRAC. I go to shake her hand, because she ages from me.

“Sis, where do you work now?”, I ask her.

“Mattel, tonight company having a Dinner.” She replied.

Then, she says that she already applies for the manufacturing call OSRAM Kulim. Plus, she said that OSRAM Kulim has their own form to fill with our detail and information. She and I line-up at BARD. BARD Medical company located at Kulim Industrial Estate which is not in Kulim Hi-Tech area. I not interested at BARD, so I refuse the line-up and leave the place. I quite a lot to having interestingly to apply OSRAM Kulim. OSRAM Opto Semiconductor new plant located in Kulim Hi-Tech was the biggest plant and it was German manufacturing. OSRAM Penang their first factory at Malaysia. I like Bayern Munich, which I also love Germany. 🇩🇪

9 ‘friends’ you should delete from Facebook

Before you know it, your Facebook page can become a haven for people you don’t speak to any more, annoying parents you once chatted to at the school gates and ex-work colleagues who love boasting about their ‘wonderful’ life. Let’s face it, the people you mingle with in the digital world can have a serious impact on your health and happiness.

credit: here

Here are a few familiar faces you should probably say a virtual goodbye to:
1. The Showoff
Yes, while it was fun at first to be really nosy, looking at their holiday snaps and seeing what they were up to, their constant posts about what a wonderful life they have makes you feel as if your life is inadequate. Ditch anyone that makes you feel guilty about the things you’re blessed with, or people that make you feel super unpopular.
2. The Arguer
It’s time to say goodbye to the people who just use Facebook as a platform to start arguments. They often have controversial views that just result in a long timeline of people bickering with one another. Delete those who use the site to post offensive things simply to antagonise you, it’s not worth it.
3. The Reality TV contestant
They air their dirty laundry all over their Facebook page, with no privacy spared – and they sometimes even go as far as arguing with their partners in a public message. Although at times it can be undeniably fun to watch drama unfold, if you’re looking to lose some drama in your life, this could be a good start.
4. The Cryptic Coder
Who’s worse than the person airing their dirty laundry? The person that does it but doesn’t give anything away. This person stays pretty private, but in the most over-the-top and public way possible. ‘I’m so angry – I can’t believe some people and the lengths they go to.’ What lengths? What person? Who’s done what? Tell me now! These people do it to cause drama and draw attention, and you shouldn’t be giving in to them. Wave goodbye and remove them from your life.

notifications
5. The Gamer
We all hate those annoying invites to play things like Candy Crush, but they can be pretty addictive. Stop all communication with people you don’t really know that send you annoying gaming requests, it’ll stop you spending all your spare time playing addictive puzzles online. If it’s someone you want to remain friends with, just give them a little warning that you don’t like it.
6. The OTT Parent
You know the one – the dad who just loves to show off about his children’s achievements or the grandmother that can’t stop posting whole photo albums of her grandchildren. Okay, we get it: you love your children, and the odd photo is cute, but please stop bombarding my timeline with your perfect family!

7. The Criticiser
They are always the first person to criticise what you’re doing or what you’ve said. ‘Wow, that really can’t be good for you,’ they write, when you post a picture of that amazing dessert you’ve just scoffed, or ‘I think you’re so wrong,’ when you post an opinion about current affairs. It’s great to have some debate – to an extent – but never let someone else dictate how you should use your Facebook page. If they don’t like it, do them a favour and swiftly unfriend them.
8. The Boss
We’re not quite sure why you’d have your boss on Facebook anyway (unless you really are BFFs), but we strongly recommend you deleting them. Okay it could get pretty awkward at work, but do you really want them seeing everything you’ve been up to? They’ll start piecing together things like your late night out with friends and the fact you were 10 minutes late into work the next day.
9. The Stranger
We can guarantee you won’t speak to most of your Facebook friends in real life, so have a digital spring clean and remove a few that you really wouldn’t miss. That way, your Facebook becomes a place where you can keep in touch with those you really want to hear about. Trust us, those you delete probably won’t miss you either.

HAPPY EID-UL FITR; SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI.

AZARAYA17

Salam Aidilfitri 2017M 1438H #hariraya #Malaysia

On 25th June 2017, all-over Muslim in Malaysia and the same time region, are celebrating Eid-ul Fitr. For the western country will celebrating a day after. Eid-ul Fitr this year not much different from last year. But, my mother said;

“This year not happy to celebrating Raya or Eid-ul Fitr”

I don’t know but this year or the other year before, it just regular. Except for yesterday as the first day of Syawal. The month to celebrating Eid-ul Fitr after we fasting in month of holiness Ramadan. The environment for celebrating Raya has decrease, no more kids come to visiting as I was sure. The kids now days just stay at home playing smartphone, tablet and etc. Even my niece and nephew, the technology make them really need to behave. Parenting should take more seriously, disappointed for spoiled children. If they were not get smartphone or tablet to play, the children really annoying as they keep crying, act foolish and talk so roughly to their parent.

This year my mom sponsor for the Eid-ul Fitr cookies. I just make one type of cookies and the name of my cookies is Popia Gula. On Saturday, my brother and I went to Expo Aidilfitri at Selama, Perak. We buying some cookies, three pieces of box just for one price. Buying at the last-minute they will make auction, to clearance the cookies. I buy cookies that have more pieces in box than the good looks of the cookies. My brother picks some cassava crackers, two packs of salty cheesy flavor and one is spicy crackers the same price. The other one is what I paid is Bahulu. Bahulu is very traditional Malay cookies.

Then, my brother picks two other cookies, as he really like these cookies. He picks the Almond London and Corn Flacks cookies. This price is really expensive for twenty-five pieces. The Almond London cookies I usually can making by myself and I am not making this year because I lost on budgets as I take long holiday and no working yet.

Honestly, I really disappointed yesterday as the problem with water supplies. Every time in Eid-ul Fitr, water supplies has stop. To many complaints about water supplies in this state. My village also had this problem, no water until the evening. I really stated to my parents, I hate this state.

Actually, this year I thought Eid-ul Fitr will on Monday. But, The Council has the decided as Eid-ul Fitr on Sunday.

CHIK1

1st of Syawal; Eid-ul Fitr 2017.

On the evening, my childhood friends coming visit. She was my neighbors but she moves after get to different Secondary school. She already married and had two beautiful daughters. Thank you for coming.
