Sudah Boleh Pasangkah Lagu Raya?

Apa khabar semua?

Sekian.

Terima kasih sudi melihat, menyukai dan membaca.

Ramadan at Penang

Ramadan at Workplace, memories capture…

🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹

Today at 3rd of June, in the Hijiri year is 8 Ramadan 1438, meaning of that today already eight-day Muslim’s peoples fasting. This a little bit of different but not totally. Last year Ramadan start at 6th of June and that time I was on night shift at workplace. Being a work at night shift, company had provided a free meal for us. The company has quite creative to make the voucher meal for staff and it reusable. Not like my other company that I had been working on before.

The first day of Ramadan last year, I was the first day night shift. Arrived at workplace and pull on jumpsuit, head to in front of PECVD department for briefing. Line up with colleagues, selfie, chit-chat and waiting line leader, production engineers and more. After briefing, production engineer said that company will give us food for iftar. We all feeling great and thankful. Canteen at this not like other canteen, small, one windows for food and other one for drink.

JA Solar canteen phase 1, enjoy our meals here.

In production line, main operator and operator discuss who is going to take break or iftar. I was and always first. So, the other operator will have a iftar in production but not a big meal. It’s only drink some water, a carton water. At 7.25pm, colleagues and I, headed to canteen and line up to get a food. Give the meal voucher to person in-charges and take food and sit down waiting for Adhan. I capture every time getting a voucher meal card.

ramadan1
My first meal for iftar at workplace. Malaysian style meals, a spicy always. 06/06/2016
ramadan4
Operator who not take a first break will drink water in production.

However, for PECVD got notice that our department have to iftar outside canteen. It means “outside” and I was like “what!!”. At the first we having a iftar outside, my co-worker and I did not change the production clothes. We look different but not weird, as we already had a fire drill before, so we are not changing.

Hence, we had to change to normal clothes that because it’s was wrong to go outside with jumpsuit. Changing jumpsuit take a more time and time is valuable. The company so strict about time. You have 30 minute for iftar like regular break time but when had to changing clothes, take food, go outside and eat. Like you are not having like a dinner or iftar. Every time to changing a clothes had to locker, then you going to return to canteen where the air shower door take time to open and take almost 25 second to do air shower.

Urrghhh!! so not good about that.

In fact, air shower time can be change to specific count but to many hand, play the timer and cheat the door. Security had to remove the part in the air shower to maximum the quality of enviroment in the factory.

ramadan2
A colourful meal voucher that reusable. A quite genius way to save a tree and waste a resources.

For one things, if I got chance to get out early from production, I just go to canteen looking suitable place to eat. The canteen was crowded and everyone got a seat, the noisy environment after Adhan was heard from someone phone. The canteen so quiet and everyone eat. What so funny, everyone is silent when the stomach is going to fill with foods.

The best memories about having iftar at this workplace. So different.

ramadan5
Another spicy meal except the eggplant that I not eat.

The end of Ramadan, where everyone got a pay check. Our main operator buys us a Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) it only for our machine. Our machine has 5 people include our main operator and me. Besides, our free meal and one box of snack plate box each. I desire to eat a KFC before. So this is lucky day to get a KFC. My favourite most is Coleslaw. Thank you main operator for the KFC.

ramadan6
A voucher, a box of meals and KFC. Yeyyy!!!

Thank you JA Solar for free meal Ramadan 2016 at workplace, Penang Malaysia.

L’Amour JUNE

hello-june

& everybody,

Happy Ramadan Kareem.

This year got to be a different from last year at 2016. Why?

I was taking a long rest from working. Target to get working officially in the end of July.

A new flyover in Penang. Date 01/06/2016

I was trying to writing this around 10pm at June 1st, 2017. Unfortunately, too much attraction to other things and a lack of focusing, there is no guarantee for publish on the first June, Sadly. There is no formatting on these writing.

I was on Facebook about 3 days before and got notification about someone birthday. Oh! On the 2nd of June is my friend’s birthday, I got to wishing him a birthday. Not like last year were I got to be friend with him at Facebook after his birthday. He was my first foreign friends. I do not know how to describe this relationship because he was a vendor at my workplace. He was engineer from the company that build the machine for my workplace. My former workplace. Bye-bye!!

Not finish yet, he was a real foreign friends. He from Japan. “Kon’nichiwa!!”

How could be the real friend? Real friends for me is you could meet him face to face, having a conversation and exchange something and holding hand. Ops!! Hold hand?!! Really??? ha-ha. It’s something unexpected happen. That it’s!

I found this at machine, I appreciate art. Date 01/06/2016.

About a conversation, with my English is limited and not fluently and him as a Japanese, from what I know they very appreciative of mother tongue. I so sure he couldn’t be hearing what I said with the noisy environment at the workplace. However, I think a messaging is good conversation too. This is unexpected happen, I was dare to get his phone number. Yeah! I don’t think about the other things. Besides, I need a friend that time and not for something. He is Japanese, for me I cannot see Japanese people every day. How could I resist myself for not to get knowing people from different country in real life? so this is opportunity. I go to him with my heart beat something weird feel inside and felt so nervous. I ask him a phone numbers, he look shock. Of course, people will shock when strangers like me ask him a phone numbers. Really dude! Phone numbers, a private joke right? Not a jokes for me asking him a phone number. I already with my pen but not something to write on. Consider that I will not get his phone numbers, it’s okay that I don’t bring a piece of paper. I understand that, this situation isn’t right. Instead, he takes my left hand.

OMG! My hand is cold, my heart stops and I was like a statue. He writes phone numbers on the gloves which I am wearing, so my hand clean from ballpoint pen ink. At that times, I believe that I have been to another gigantic galaxy. Finish he writing a phone number, I said thank you and looked down respectfully, leaving him for continues my work. On the one hand, it could be useful when the machine is not working properly and need some inspections. He was a right person, which is he is the builder of the machine. Like his said about when I ask him what his jobs by social messenger apps.

Although, for the record that I not having a conversation yet after the end of December 2016. What I just did only like on Facebook. He did come to Penang around March this year and I not there anymore at Penang.

Happy Birthday!!!

Happy Teachers Day 2017

In different countries, the day chosen to mark Teachers Day has particular significance for the teaching profession there.

It may come as a surprise that Teachers Day — the day set aside to commemorate and honour the special work of teachers — is celebrated throughout the world on different days.

In our region, for instance, it falls on Jan 16 in Thailand; in Malaysia on May 16; in Brunei on Sept 23, in the Philippines on Oct 5; and in Singapore on the first Friday of September.

There is, of course, a World Teachers Day, which is celebrated on Oct 5. And some countries like Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Canada, Germany, Maldives, Myanmar, Qatar and the United Kingdom celebrate it on Oct 5.

But why is there this variation, throughout the world, concerning the day designated as Teachers Day?

Obviously, each of those days on which Teachers Day is celebrated has particular significance for the teaching profession for each of those countries.

In the different countries, the day chosen marks an important milestone in the history of education there, or the death or the birth of an important national educator.

So, why is May 16 designated as Teachers Day in Malaysia?

Quite simply, because this is the date the Razak Report was formally endorsed by the Federal Legislative Assembly of the Federation of Malaya in 1956, a year before independence.

The Report, named after Datuk Abdul Razak Hussein (later Tun), the country’s first Education Minister (and later the second Prime Minister), was pivotal in providing a framework for the education system in post-independent Malaya and later Malaysia.

One can only imagine the deliberations that may have gone on behind closed doors as members of the committee that produced the report grappled with the inherent problems of nation-building in this fledgling nation.

The country was demographically plural, with different schooling systems for its different communities, and the question that was surely at the forefront of the minds of the members of the committee then must have been “how do we lay the foundations for a united nation, from a diverse population with varied aspirations and hopes?”

This is clearly evident from the terms of reference of the report: to recommend …establishing a national system of education acceptable to the people of the Federation as a whole, which will satisfy their needs and promote their cultural, social, economic and political development as a nation…”

Crucially, the report recognised schooling was pivotal to the processes of national integration and sought ways in which this could be achieved.

It endorsed Malay as the national language of the country and recommended that all students would be required to study the language.

The report also confronted the complexity of the processes of nation-building in a multicultural, multilingual polity and steered clear of simplistic solutions to complex problems.

Rather than opt for a single, homogeneous school system for all students, the report recommended the establishment of, at the primary level, a national stream — called in the report, Standard schools — in which Malay was the medium of instruction, and a Standard-type school stream in which Chinese or Tamil were the medium of instruction.

While students going through the standard and standard-type school streams may have had their education through different medium of instruction, the report recommended common curriculum content for the standard and standard-type schools, thus confronting the issue of unity in diversity.

As these students progressed on to secondary school, the report recommended a single system.

And these recommendations were taken up in different ways in subsequent education reports that followed the Razak Report in the last 60 years.

As we celebrate Teachers Day on May 16 and honour the individual teachers who made a difference in celebrations held in various schools throughout the length and breadth of this nation, we are also reminded of the deliberations that went into the framing of the Razak Report that recognised diversity in forging national unity.

In a sense, some of the issues that were at the forefront back then in 1956 still remain with us today.

They are a sober reminder that nation-building is a process. It is a work in progress.

Happy Teachers Day 2017!

MAY DAY! MAY DAY, MAY DAY.

temahp2017

International Workers’ Day, also known as Labour Day in some countries, is a celebration of labourers and the working classes that is promoted by the international labour movement, socialists, communists or anarchists and occurs every year on May Day (1 May), an ancient European spring festival. The date was chosen for International Workers’ Day by the Second International, a pan-national organization of socialist and communist political parties, to commemorate the Haymarket affair, which occurred in Chicago on 4 May 1886. The 1904 International Socialist Conference in Amsterdam, the Sixth Conference of the Second International, called on “all Social Democratic Party organisations and trade unions of all countries to demonstrate energetically on the First of May for the legal establishment of the 8-hour day, for the class demands of the proletariat, and for universal peace.”

Being a traditional European spring celebration, May Day is a national public holiday in several European countries. The date is currently celebrated specifically as “Labour Day” or “International Workers’ Day” in the majority of countries, including those that didn’t traditionally celebrate May Day. Some countries celebrate a Labour Day on other dates significant to them, such as the United States, which celebrates Labor Day on the first Monday of September.

Happy Labor Day 2017

March!!! what happen with March?

hello-march-gallery

Wow, it been a two month not having any post. Does this post will get attention or just to remind that I’m still alive. 2nd March, start to typing again. What happen with March?

March can divide to three meaning and you can look-up for meaning by yourself.

But, wait…

March in the firstly that I know is the third month of the year and the second one is march meaning for parade. It’s remind me to my favourite Gothic Band My Chemical Romance song and the title “Welcome to the Black Parade”.

When I was a young boy,
My father took me into the city
To see a marching band.

He said, “Son when you grow up,
Would you be the saviour of the broken,
The beaten and the damned?”
He said “Will you defeat them,
Your demons, and all the non-believers,
The plans that they have made?”
“Because one day I’ll leave you,
A phantom to lead you in the summer,
To join The Black Parade.”

and the third is something a frontier or border area between two countries or territories, I just copy the meaning from the web.  Honestly, I do not know this these third because my English limited. My English language only for certain occasional for daily usage.

family

What else with this March?!

OH!!! My lovely natural beauty sister, with 4 children already and quite a lot with different attitude and bunch of character. Arghhh!! My niece and nephew. In this month my sister will celebrate her birthday’s thirty-six anniversary. Hope this year will bring her to happiness and more easiest life.

My friends?! Who is on the march?! WordPress friends and followers?!

“Happy Birthday!! from me with my heart and along with your hope and wishes from other will lighten your life with positive spirit and happiness”.

It’s too much “with” in my post??! Hahaha…
